Lorraine lives and works in Ottawa, Canada where it is hot and muggy in the summer (love it) and cold as heck in the winter (hate it). She writes whenever and wherever she can. If she isn’t writing, she is the wife to a wonderful man, mom to their handsome dog, stepmom to two amazing kids, and a student of life.

“Never too old” is the mantra Lorraine lives her life by. She enjoys discovering new things and letting her curiosity lead the way. While ziplining in Costa Rica, she discovered she deals with extreme stress by laughing. Apparently, it motivated the group she was with to have a good time. After spending the last 26 years in IT, Lorraine is excited to be exploring the realm of fiction writing. An avid reader all of her life, her taste in books is eclectic with a particular affinity for witch stories.

The journey of discovering what lies inside a character is one she can never resist. In addition to fiction writing, Lorraine is offering her considerable experience in IT to show fiction writers how the new technology can add to their arsenal of storyteller tools. The future looks bright.

She is currently working on her first novel “The Call To Witchery” destined to be published in 2023.
